Our studio is open Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days and are sent with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days delivery time). The shipping price can be calculated by clicking on the "Calculate Shipping" button on each listing.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for non-personalized or custom orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be in it's original packaging. A refund will be applied within one business day of the item being received.
