Where do I send my photo?
Please send your photo via Etsy message with your order number in the title. If you would prefer, you can send it via email at christina@cmsdesignstudio.com.
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage unless a different shipping service was purchased. If you purchase a faster shipping service, it does not change the production time of your order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We're committed to delivering your order intact. If your item was damaged during shipping, we'll replace it exactly as it was made. Our packaging prioritizes protection while minimizing our carbon footprint. Just contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage, and we'll swiftly send a replacement of the exact item at no extra cost. If your item has multiple pieces, only the damaged portion will be replaced.

What if the color isn't as I imagined?
Due to variations of paint lots, stain lots, wood variation, monitor calibration, lighting, and variances between digital screens, colors may be appear slightly different from the color swatch or product photos.

Really bad quality. The wood is a thin piece of particle board and the sign is so much smaller than expected for the price. I wouldn’t hang this on my daughter’s door and I wish I had gone with a different seller. I messaged the seller right away after purchasing, just to make sure they received my chosen colors for the rainbow. I never received a response, so when I was notified the order shipped I was so nervous and stressed it wasn’t going to be what I wanted. When I received the order, the colors were right. But I was so underwhelmed by the quality and size, that I sent the seller a second message to help with a possible return and no response. I recommend going with a different seller, someone who cares about their customers enough to communicate and help resolve issues with orders.
