This is a digital Item. I design and then you print. I will send you a completed PDF filled with your guests, table numbers and entrée selections.

This listing is for entrée selections on the airplanes. Cow, chicken and carrot(vegetarian). If you need additional symbols, please message me.

Once purchased, please message with your seating assignments in spreadsheet format or email them to Christina [!at] . Each person attending needs to have their own place card due to space limitations on the paper airplanes. Your information needs to be in excel or google sheets with your guest’s names in Column A, their corresponding table number in Column B and entrée selections in Column C.

We understand that your wedding may have your own unique names for your tables, please keep that name under 18 characters. Many couples have chosen to use countries, travel locations, and even airport codes.

Processing time is 3 to 5 business days one we receive your file. (please see shop announcement to make sure we do not have an extended turnaround time due to holiday or vacation)

The shop is not responsible for delays in getting your file to us. Turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days from when we get your finalized file.

Where do I send my photo?

Please send your photo via Etsy message with your order number in the title. If you would prefer, you can send it via email at

How do you ship your orders?

All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage unless a different shipping service was purchased. If you purchase a faster shipping service, it does not change the production time of your order.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We're committed to delivering your order intact. If your item was damaged during shipping, we'll replace it exactly as it was made. Our packaging prioritizes protection while minimizing our carbon footprint. Just contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage, and we'll swiftly send a replacement of the exact item at no extra cost. If your item has multiple pieces, only the damaged portion will be replaced.

What if the color isn't as I imagined?

Due to variations of paint lots, stain lots, wood variation, monitor calibration, lighting, and variances between digital screens, colors may be appear slightly different from the color swatch or product photos.

What if I would like a custom made item?

We love doing custom orders. Message us, and we will work out the details with you and send a custom listing for your unique item.
