How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage unless a different shipping service was purchased. If you purchase a faster shipping service, it does not change the production time of your order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We're committed to delivering your order intact. If your item was damaged during shipping, we'll replace the damaged portion of your order. Our packaging prioritizes protection while minimizing our carbon footprint. Just contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage, and we'll swiftly send a replacement of the exact item at no extra cost. If your item has multiple pieces, only the damaged portion will be replaced.

Due to variations of paint lots, stain lots, wood variation, monitor calibration, lighting, and variances between digital screens, colors may be appear slightly different from the color swatch or product photos.
